Our founder, Reggie, unexpectedly passed away on October 25th, 2025, at nine years old. He’ll remain forever at the heart of Syn Tin—as the face of our company and on every package that leaves our doors—because legends never die. Thank you all for your love, support, and for keeping Reggie’s name with us as we continue this journey.
Reggie
Reggie might be a little behind the curve—thanks to his Retriever side, he's often distracted by a good nap or a couple o' sammies—but when he's on, he's on. The game is simple: develop the best pouch storage on the market, scarf down treats, and take Syn Tin to the top. Known for his laid-back approach and sudden bursts of genius, Reggie doesn't just fetch—he fetches success. His motto? "Beers, Babes, Buzzers." When it comes to product, he's always on point (eventually).
Wes
His legs may be small, but when it comes to strategy, Wes is all ears—literally. You'd think he was cooked up in a lab where they sprinkled in a bit of German Shepherd, Dachshund, and Husky for good measure. Behind those massive radar dishes is a mind that's always thinking ten steps ahead. Whether it's mapping out a new market or executing the next big launch, Wes has the strategy locked down.
Rita
Don't let her small size fool you—Rita runs the show with the fire of a Chihuahua on a mission. Known for her growl that keeps everyone on their toes, she's all business when it comes to making sure operations run smoothly. Whether she's barking orders or basking on the beach, she keeps the boys in check. With Rita in charge, there's no slacking off—unless, of course, it's time for some well-earned fun.
Remy
Built like a hot dog, but Remy knows how to cook up a winning company culture. With a love for golf, 6 milly pilly's, and Friday beer lunches, Remy's got the recipe for keeping the team buzzing. Casual Fridays? Mandatory. Office golf tournaments? Absolutely. At the heart of Syn Tin's laid-back but hardworking ethos, Remy makes sure the company is always as chill as he is.
